How to avoid the ‘malibu cocktail’

If you’re drinking Malibu, you might be drinking too much of the water-like drink, and drinking it in excess, says the National Institute of Health.

 The drink is sometimes known as a ‘water-like’ drink.

A sip of Malibu water is similar to drinking a glass of water.

Malibu contains about 2% water and the drink is often mixed with ice, according to the American Heart Association.

It’s recommended to drink Malibu every day, even in the summer, says ABC News’ Dr. Jill Meyers.

In addition to water, there are a number of healthy drinks that you can use as well, including lemonade and grapefruit juice.

Its also a great way to add a refreshing citrus flavor to a beer, says Dr. Meyers, and is good for you and your wallet.

Drinking Malibu is good if you are: • Overweight or obese.

• Having a heart condition or diabetes.

Drinking too much Malibu can cause heart attacks and strokes, which can result in death.

People who are overweight or obese should be careful when drinking Malibas, says Meyers at the American College of Cardiology.

“It is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular events.

And it’s associated with type 2 diabetes, so if you’re overweight or obesity, you should definitely not drink Malibis,” she says.

Malibu is also high in sodium and sugar, which are bad for you.

For a healthy drink, Dr. Gary Taubes suggests drinking a Malibu instead of a soda, which he calls a “lacto-ovo” drink.

It’s more healthy than drinking soda, says Taubes.

There are also healthy beverages for children, including apple cider vinegar, and tea and coffee.

Malibos are also good for digestion, as well as for your overall health, says Mayo Clinic’s Dr. Richard Bevins.

Don’t overdo it with Malibu drinks.

“It’s not like the drink itself is bad, just that you shouldn’t drink it in excessive amounts,” says Taubs.

Do not try to drink too much.

Try to avoid drinking Malibiades entire beverage, says Bevin.

Instead, you can enjoy a Malbaco by mixing a Maliba and an iced water.

The drink is best consumed after your meal.

If you are a health-conscious person, don’t overdrink Malibades.
