A protein shake is basically a protein bar with protein added in.
I have no complaints about any of these products.

I would love to drink an entire bar of either a whey or casein bar with my breakfast, and then switch to a protein shake when I’m at home.
If I don-I’d rather have some extra protein to spare, like a protein coffee with my coffee.
So, when it’s time to drink, I like to go for the protein shake.
It’s a great way to get a dose of protein, while still not losing any weight.
The other good thing about protein shakes is that you don’t have to buy a ton of them.
You can get protein bars and shakes in a number of different sizes, ranging from a couple ounces to an entire gallon.
You’ll need to experiment with the recipe you use to get the perfect mix.
For me, I’ve found the wheys are best when mixed with other ingredients, like cheese and a slice of apple.
I also like to mix the protein bars with my water, which I can easily find at most grocery stores.
The protein shakes I’ve tried so far are the ones that are my favorites, but there are a couple others that I would definitely recommend.
